BRIEF HISTORY OF THE SCHOOL
INTRODUCTION
Best Legacy International Group of Schools, Awe occupies a 10.5 acres of land in a very conducive environment.
It was founded as a co-educational secondary school to accommodate both day and boarding students from different parts of Nigeria and internationally.
The main objective of the proprietress Dr. (Mrs.) O.Y Giwa is the inculcation of academic and moral excellence in the students in order to make them future leaders of their various states and countries.
OPENING
The Nursery/Primary school was officially opened on 8th day of October,1995 it grew in all beyond. The secondary section came into being on the 21st of September, 2002.
RESUMPTION
Ten primary pupils resumed on Sunday 8th October, 1995 as boarders. Academic work commenced on Monday 9th October, 1995. The secondary boarders resumed on Saturday 21st September, 2002 while academic work commenced on Monday 22nd September, 2002. The Nursery section was approved on 17th April, 1996, upgraded to Primary on 30th November, 1
